NCT02389387: Reducing disparities in access to kidney transplantation

Description

As an extension of the RaDIANT Community Study, the RaDIANT Regional Study aims to facilitate coordination of transplant centers in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia to share kidney transplant referral data in patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) who are candidates for kidney transplantation.

Specific Aims

  1. To measure a change in the number of patients referred for kidney transplantation.

  2. To increase the number of patients being evaluated for kidney transplantation and reduce racial disparity in kidney transplant referral and evaluation.
