Biography

Dr. Mihir Shah received his MD degree at the University of Seychelles – American Institute of Medicine in 2009. He completed his general surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, did an endosurgery fellowship at Emory University, and completed his fellowship in complex general surgical oncology at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. Dr. Shah specializes in complex laparoscopic and robotic surgery for the treatment of cancer of the liver, pancreas, biliary tree, stomach, esophagus, small bowel and retroperitoneum including adrenals and sarcomas, and is interested in outcomes research and clinical trials in hepatopancreatobiliary and foregut cancers.
