Coordinate compliance with HR policies and procedures
Process payroll updates, HRAFs, and related paperwork
Process job reclassifications
Manage faculty PTO (paid time off) tracker
Arrange special HR training as needed/requested

New Faculty Hires: Guide physician recruits through the on-boarding and credentialing process
An Emory Net ID and password is required to access the following documents:
Career Development Conference Report: Used by faculty to document their activities and progress within a particular timeframe. The completed form will be essential during development evaluations between faculty and their chairs.
Chair Evaluation Form for Faculty Development Performance: Used by faculty to annually evaluate their chair's performance on faculty development initiatives.
Faculty Time Records: This monthly report of faculty activities is mandatory for Emory's affiliated hospitals to reimburse the University for teaching and administrative services.
Conflict of Interest (eCOI): The annual certification process requires submission of the eCOI, which faculty use to report external activities and—if they are investigators—to declare any financial interest in research.
